At the beginning of the summer, my car's air conditioner decided it wasn't going to work anymore. I decided I wasn't going to get it fixed, and that I'd just try not to drive in the afternoons. So far that's mostly worked, but there are still days when it can't be avoided. A few days ago, I hinted to my mom that for my birthday, I'd like it if she'd go havsies with me to fix it. Today, my wonderful parents just paid for it to get done! It felt so good to drive with air conditioning again!

Life is beautiful, especially when you are looking for the beautiful things that happen every day.
